  • Why should I renew my AVG product?

When your AVG product expires, it stops updating, and therefore loses protection, and consequently puts your computers at risk.

  • What is the renewal date?

The renewal date coincides with the initial date on which you purchased the product, adding to it the renewal periods you have subscribed.

Example:

If you purchased the product on 01/04/2010, during two-year renewal periods, then the renewal dates would be:

01/04/2012, 04/01/2014, 01/04/2016 ....

  • What is the billing date?

This is the date the renewal (or purchase) invoice is issued for your product.

  • Does the billing date alter the renewal date?

No, never.

  • Why is the renewal sent in advance?

The renovation process involves several steps:

Customer notification, customer reception, customer management, renewal, and installation or update of the product by the customer or JOINSO.

In some clients, this process is fast (sometimes in one day), but others need days, even weeks.

That's why you give yourself enough time to avoid surprises.

  • How can I pay ?

You have several options.

You can pay by bank account or bank transfer, or card.

  • And by direct debit?

No. Our policy is that our customers do not receive unexpected charges, that they have total freedom in controlling their expenses, that they know proactively on our part of why they are paying for a product and a service.
